Brooks is ONE!

I was working on this video of B's first year of life and was planning to show it at his party but due to technical difficulties I am just now getting it uploaded.  Enjoy!  Disclaimer it is about 11 mins long so if you are not obsessed with us you may not want to watch it ;)  Also sorry it is kind of grainy when you make it big but I can't use Youtube to host it or it mutes the songs and I had to compress it to upload through blogger.  I have a much nicer HD one if you want a copy I can send it to you!

As you may know, we are under contract on our house and are buying another fixer upper.  If all goes as planned, we will be moving mid-March.  I thought it might be fun to look back on everything we have done to this house in the last four years…especially for those of you who think we are slightly crazy for taking on a project like this.  Here are some of the original photos from when we bought the house and what it looks like now…

Now clearly we had a WAY better photog but it is really cool to see how far the place has come.  It wasn't always fun, and there were definitely times it felt like we bit off more than we could chew but we managed somehow.  Here we go again!
